Capitalized Leases definition

Capitalized Leases means all leases that have been or should be, in accordance with GAAP, recorded as capitalized leases.
Capitalized Leases means all leases that have been or are required to be, in accordance with GAAP, recorded as capitalized leases; provided that for all purposes hereunder the amount of obligations under any Capitalized Lease shall be the amount thereof accounted for as a liability in accordance with GAAP.
Capitalized Leases means, as applied to any Person, all leases of property that have been or should be, in accordance with GAAP, recorded as capitalized leases on the balance sheet of such Person or any of its Subsidiaries, on a consolidated basis; provided, that for all purposes hereunder the amount of obligations under any Capitalized Lease shall be the amount thereof accounted for as a liability on the balance sheet (excluding the footnotes thereto) of such Person in accordance with GAAP.

More Definitions of Capitalized Leases

Capitalized Leases means, in respect of any Person, any lease of property imposing obligations on such Person, as lessee of such property, which are required in accordance with GAAP to be capitalized on a balance sheet of such Person.
Capitalized Leases means leases under which any Credit Party is the lessee or obligor, the discounted future rental payment obligations under which are required to be capitalized on the balance sheet of the lessee or obligor in accordance with GAAP (subject to Section 1.03(b)) and the amount of Indebtedness represented by such obligations shall be the Attributable Indebtedness in respect thereof.
