Capitalized Value definition

Capitalized Value means, as of any date, Annualized EBITDA divided by the Capitalization Rate.
Capitalized Value means (a) in the case of any Asset other than a Leased Asset, the Adjusted Net Operating Income of such Asset divided by 6.50%, and (b) in the case of any Leased Asset other than a Short-Term Leased Asset, the Adjusted Net Operating Income of such Asset divided by 8.75%.
Capitalized Value means, for any Real Estate Asset as of any date of determination, an amount equal to (a) the Net Operating Income for such Real Estate Asset divided by (b) the Capitalization Rate.
