Capitalized Value definition

Capitalized Value means, as of any date, Annualized EBITDA divided by the Capitalization Rate.
Capitalized Value means, in the case of any Asset, the Adjusted Net Operating Income of such Asset divided by 6.75%.
Capitalized Value means (a) in the case of any Asset that is a Data Center, the Adjusted Net Operating Income of such Asset divided by 8.25%, and (b) in the case of any other Asset, the Adjusted Net Operating Income of such Asset divided by 7.5%.

Examples of Capitalized Value in a sentence

  • The Borrower’s Ownership Share of Unconsolidated Affiliates will be included in calculations of Capitalized Value consistent with the above treatment for wholly-owned assets.

  • For purposes of calculating such ratio, (A) Secured Indebtedness shall be adjusted by deducting an amount equal to the amount by which Unrestricted Cash exceeds $25,000,000 and (B) Capitalized Value shall be adjusted by deducting therefrom the amount by which Total Indebtedness is adjusted in the determination of the Leverage Ratio (the “Secured Indebtedness Adjustment”).

  • For purposes of determining Capitalized Value, Adjusted NOI attributable to assets elected to be valued in any of the immediately preceding clauses (c) through (f) or to any assets disposed of during the two most recent quarters shall be excluded.

  • For purposes of computing the Capitalized Value, Adjusted NOI of any Property may be adjusted at the Borrower’s discretion to give pro forma effect to net cash flow associated with any new lease of space at such Property which went into effect with the tenant taking occupancy and has a term of at least one year and the Borrower is recognizing revenue from such tenant in accordance with GAAP during such period.

Capitalized Value means, for any Real Estate Asset as of any date of determination, an amount equal to (a) the Net Operating Income for such Real Estate Asset divided by (b) the Capitalization Rate.
