Card Balance definition

Card Balance means at any given time any unspent funds loaded onto a particular Cards which are available to pay for transactions and fees and charges payable under this Card Agreement.
Card Balance means part of the overall balance allowed to be used in both offline and online environments. The card balance cannot be used for e-commerce transactions.
Card Balance. – means the monetary value recorded by us as loaded for transactions using the Prepaid Card, as denominated in the total of the five Wallets, less any purchases, authorisations, cash withdrawals, fees and charges or other amounts debited under these Terms and Conditions

Examples of Card Balance in a sentence

  • Your Card Balance will reflect all transactions that have been posted to our system.

  • You must pay any negative Opal Card Balance on a reloadable Opal Card and, when you add value to it, the added value will be first applied to reduce any negative balance.

  • If a registered Opal Card is lost or stolen and you report it as lost or stolen, the Opal Card Balance of that Opal Card will be protected in accordance with and upon the terms of our refund policy set out at the Opal Website (Opal Refund and Balance Transfer Policy).

  • We will only transfer the Opal Card Balance of an Opal Card to another Opal Card if: (a) both Opal Cards are registered and linked to the same Customer Profile; (b) the entire Opal Card Balance (less any applicable Opal Charges) is being transferred; and (c) the Opal Card from which the transfer is being made has been cancelled.

  • You must not commence a trip if (a) the Opal Card Balance is negative; or (b) the Opal Card Reader declines a tap on due to an insufficient balance.


More Definitions of Card Balance

Card Balance means the amount of currency purchased from Standard Chartered Bank and loaded onto the Card by the Cardholder and any additional currency that may subsequently be purchased by the Cardholder, less any amounts previously spent and any applicable fees, charges, conversion fees and other expenses incurred in connection with the use or possession of the Card.
Card Balance means the unspent value of a Shopping Card.
Card Balance means the outstanding balance on the date the Card Statement is issued, inclusive of all fees and charges that are charged to the Card Account; “Cardholder” means the person in whose name the Card Account is opened and the Card is issued and includes the Principal Cardholder and/or the Supplementary Cardholder. Reference in these Conditions to a Cardholder shall mean the Principal Cardholder and/or Supplementary Cardholder as the context may require;
Card Balance means the unutilized available balance loaded onto the GiftPlus Card(s), from time to time; “Cardholder” shall mean the individual to whom HDFC Bank has issued the GiftPlus Card(s)based on the Application submitted by the Applicant for issuance of the GiftPlus Card to such individual;
Card Balance means the funds in the cash balance portion in your HSA that are not invested and/or in the PLAN (if applicable) that are accessible through the use of your Card, subject to any limitations set forth in this BC Agreement or other documentation provided to you in connection with your HSA and/or the PLAN (if applicable).
Card Balance means the unutilized available balance loaded onto the eGiftplus Prepaid Card(s), from time to time; “Cardholder” shall mean the individual to whom HDFC Bank has issued the eGiftplus Prepaid Card(s)based on the Application submitted by the Applicant for issuance of the eGiftplus Prepaid Card to such individual;
Card Balance means the unspent value of a TASMAN Gift Card.
