Card Controls definition

Card Controls or “Alerts” as applicable. Once you enroll, you may select the card to which the Alerts and/or Controls will relate, which Alerts you would like to receive, and/or which Controls you would like to enable. You may also un-enroll from Card Monitor through the mobile application at any time.
Card Controls. “us”, “we” or “our”) for use by Rogue Credit Union cardholders. Rogue Credit Union’s card management feature is intended to allow You to initiate certain payment card related activities for Your enrolled Rogue Credit Union card(s) via the card management feature. Those activities may include the ability to but not limited to: • Register the card • Activate and deactivate the card • Set control preferences for card usage including location, transaction, and merchant types, spend limits, and card on/off (“Controls”) • Set alert preferences for card usage including location, transaction, and merchant types, spend limits, and declined purchases (“Alerts”) • View transaction history including cleansed and enriched merchant information (e.g., merchant name, address, and contact information) • Report Your card as lost or stolen • Review Your spending by merchant type and/or by month • View a list of merchants storing Your card information for recurring or card-on-file payments The card management feature may enable access to Rogue Credit Union and third partiesservices and web sites, including GPS locator websites, such as Google. Use of such services may require internet access and that You accept additional terms and conditions applicable thereto, including, with respect to Google maps, those terms and conditions of use found at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/help/terms_maps. Html and the Google Legal Notices found at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/help/legalnotices_maps/, or such other URLs as may be updated by Google. To the extent the card management feature allows You to access third party services, Rogue Credit Union and those third parties, as applicable, reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, limit, or disable access to any of those services at any time without notice and without liability to You. You agree to allow us to communicate with You via push notification, SMS and/or email, with respect to the activities performed via the card management feature. Data fees may be imposed by Your mobile provider for the transmission and receipt of messages and Alerts. Rogue Credit Union reserves the right to send administrative and service notifications via emails and/or SMS messages to the email address and/or phone number provided upon enrollment in Rogue Credit Union’s card management feature.

  • If Card Controls are not available to you, then this Supplement does not apply.

  • To the extent there is any conflict between the terms of the Agreement and this Supplement with respect to Card Controls, then the terms in this Supplement shall apply.

  • All eligible Debit Cards will be listed in the Card Controls feature, which you can locate on your App by accessing the “Add” button.

  • The Debit Card Controls Service (“Card Controls” or “Card Controls Service”) is available using the App unless you have requested this function to be disabled in your App by contacting us at the numbers listed in section A “How to Contact Us/Loss of your Device and/or Security Codes”.

  • The Card Controls Service gives you the ability to set location, transaction type, merchant type and threshold amount limits for your Debit Card(s), or totally disabling all Debit Card transactions.

  • You can also use Debit Card Controls to set alerts based on transaction types, merchant types, thresholds, and international transactions.

  • You can use the Debit Card Controls service to restrict usage of your debit card by restricting the geographic area(s) where your Debit Card can be used, managing transaction types, and limiting transaction amounts and types.

  • When you restrict usage of your Debit Card through Debit Card Controls, you acknowledge and agree that you release us from any liability for transactions that may be rejected due to your elected controls.

  • Your responsibilities to monitor your monthly statements and to provide us with notice of unauthorized transactions or lost or stolen cards are not affected by any elections you make using Debit Card Controls.

  • The Card Controls alerts and controls you set through use of the Mobile Banking App may continue to apply, even if you delete the Mobile Banking App or remove it from your mobile device.

  • Export Controls Software available on the Services is further subject to United States Export Controls. No software available on the Services may be downloaded or exported (i) into (or to a national or resident of) any country to which the United States has embargoed goods; or (ii) to anyone on the United States Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or using the Commerce Department's Table of Deny Orders. By downloading any Software, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, or under the control of, or a national or resident of any such country or on any such list.

  • Interim controls means a set of measures designed to temporarily reduce human exposure or likely exposure to lead-based paint hazards, including specialized cleaning, repairs, maintenance, painting, temporary containment, ongoing monitoring of lead-based paint hazards or potential hazards, and the establishment and operation of management and resident education programs.

  • Consumer customer means anyone acting outside their trade or profession in respect of the insurance cover requested or arranged.

  • Engineering controls means constructed containment barriers or systems that control one or more of the following: downward migration, infiltration, or seepage of surface runoff or rain; or natural leaching migration of contaminants through the subsurface over time. Examples include caps, engineered bottom barriers, immobilization processes, and vertical barriers.

  • Direct Load Control means load reduction that is controlled directly by the Curtailment Service Provider’s market operations center or its agent, in response to PJM instructions.
