Carriage Service definition

Carriage Service means any service consisting in whole or in part of the conveyance of signals by means of a Network, except in so far as it is a Content Service, including the provision of ancillary services to the conveyance of signals and conditional access or other related services to enable a customer to access a Content Service;
Carriage Service means the same as in the Telecommunications Act. Carriage Service Provider means the same as in the Telecommunications Act. Carrier means the same as in the Telecommunications Act. Charge means a charge applicable under your Customer Agreement. Claim means any claim, demand, action, proceeding or legal process (including by way of set off, cross-claim or counterclaim).
Carriage Service means a service for carrying communications by means of guided and/or unguided electromagnetic energy.

More Definitions of Carriage Service

Carriage Service means a service for carrying communications by means of guided and/or unguided electromagnetic energy (s 7 Telecommunications Act 1997 (Cth)). Examples include:
