Carrying Cost Reserve Ratio definition

Carrying Cost Reserve Ratio means, as of any Settlement Report Date and continuing until (but not including) the next Settlement Report Date, an amount (expressed as a percentage) equal to (a) the product of (i) 2.0 times Days Sales Outstanding as of such day and (ii) 1.50 times the Discount Rate as of such day, divided by (b) 360.
Carrying Cost Reserve Ratio means, on any date of determination, an amount, expressed as a percentage, equal to (a) the product of (i) 2 times DSO as of such day and (ii) the Base Rate in effect as of such day plus 2%, divided by (b) 365 (or 366, as applicable).
Carrying Cost Reserve Ratio means, on any Monthly Reporting Date and continuing until (but not including) the next Monthly Reporting Date, an amount, expressed as a percentage, equal to (a) the product of (i) 2 times Days Sales Outstanding for such earlier Monthly Reporting Date and (ii) the Base Rate in effect for Dollars as of such day, divided by (b) 365 (or 366, as applicable).
