Case Management Order definition

Case Management Order means that certain Order Establishing Certain Notice, Case Management and Administrative Procedures, entered by the Bankruptcy Court on September 17, 2009 [Docket No. 92], as may be amended from time to time.
Case Management Order or “CMO” means the order to be entered by the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to which Litigation Option Claims shall be Allowed or Disallowed, which order shall be in substantially the form attached as an exhibit to this Plan.
Case Management Order means the order to be entered by the District Court pursuant to which the Claims of Non-Settling Personal Injury Claimants shall be resolved, which order shall be in substantially the form negotiated and agreed to by the Debtor, the Shareholders and the Tort Committee.
