Cash Adjustment definition

Cash Adjustment has the meaning set forth in Section 20.1(d).

Examples of Cash Adjustment in a sentence

  • If the Cash Adjustment is equal to zero, no payment in respect of such amount shall be made by either Party.

  • If you have a Daily Cash Adjustment at the time your Account is closed, you will remain obligated to pay such amount.

  • If you later return that purchase, we will charge your Account a Daily Cash Adjustment of $3.
