Cash Assets definition

Cash Assets means any cash on hand, cash in bank or other accounts, readily marketable securities, and other cash-equivalent liquid assets of any nature.
Cash Assets means any cash on deposit in, and Liquid Investments held in, the Cash Assets Account.
Cash Assets means, as of any date of determination, unrestricted cash and marketable securities of the Combined Parties.

  • Except as may be agreed to by the Parties from time to time, Provider will not create or permit to be created or remain any lien, encumbrance or charges levied on account of any mechanic’s lien or claim that may become a lien, encumbrance or charge upon any of the Cash Assets of any BFA Recipient or any part thereof.

  • As custodian, Provider shall have general responsibility for the safekeeping of all such Cash Assets of each applicable BFA Recipient as listed in Exhibit A (as may be amended from time to time) that is received and accepted by Provider.

  • Provider represents and warrants that it (i) has and will maintain at least the minimum qualifications required to act as custodian of the Cash Assets of each BFA Recipient, and (ii) is otherwise qualified and eligible to act as custodian under the terms of this Agreement.

Cash Assets means cash and/or Cash Equivalents, except to the extent such cash or Cash Equivalents are used to cash collateralize or otherwise secure any Capitalized Lease Obligation.
