Cash-Based Award definition
Cash-Based Award means an Award entitling the recipient to receive a cash-denominated payment.
Cash-Based Award means an Award denominated in cash and granted pursuant to Section 11.
Cash-Based Award means an Award, denominated in cash, granted to a Participant as described in Article 10.

Payment, if any, with respect to a Cash-Based Award shall be made in accordance with the terms of the Award and may be made in cash or in Shares, as the Committee determines.
