Cash Capex definition

Cash Capex means any capital expenditure (determined in accordance with GAAP) the source of funds for which was not or is not proceeds of any Debt (whether or not subordinate to any other obligation of any Person), any operating lease or any equity issuance.
Cash Capex shall equal the dollar amount of those capital expenditures made by the Borrower that are not externally financed during the applicable Test Period.
Cash Capex means, for any fiscal period, the aggregate of all expenditures during such period for any assets, or for improvements, replacements, substitutions or additions therefor or thereto, which are capitalized on the balance sheet of the Borrower and which, in conformity with GAAP, are required to be included in or reflected by the property, plant or equipment or similar fixed asset account reflected in such balance sheet, and shall include the balance sheet amount of Capitalized Lease Obligations incurred during such period, but excluding expenditures made in connection with the replacement, substitution or restoration of assets to the extent financed (i) from insurance proceeds (or other similar recoveries) paid on account of the loss of or damage to the assets being replaced or restored or (ii) with awards of compensation arising from the taking by eminent domain or condemnation of the assets being replaced.

  • Maximum Revolving Loan Amount means, as of any date of determination, the lesser of (a) the Revolving Loan Commitment(s) of all Lenders minus the Letter of Credit Reserve and (b) the Borrowing Base minus the Letter of Credit Reserve.

  • CAPEX means Capital Expenditure for the Project;
