Each Borrower, the Operating Lessee, each Manager and Cash Collateral Account Bank shall have executed and delivered the Cash Collateral Account Agreement and shall have delivered an executed copy of such Cash Collateral Account Agreement to Lender.
Not more frequently than once each Interest Accrual Period, Lender shall transfer to the Cash Collateral Account Bank an amount equal to the amount of the monthly fee payable to the Cash Collateral Account Bank under the Cash Collateral Account Agreement.

In the event that the Cash Collateral Account Bank ceases to have the Account Bank Required Ratings or fails to maintain an Account Bank Required Guarantee, Account Bank shall use all endeavours within its control during the remedy period which is sixty(60) calendar days to assist the Issuer to, and the Issuer shall: (i) transfer the Accounts held with it to an Eligible Collateral Bank or (ii) find an irrevocable and unconditional guarantor providing the Account Bank Required Guarantee.
