Cash Collateral Agreement definition

Cash Collateral Agreement shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.2(b).

Cash Collateral Agreement means, collectively, those certain agreements between the Borrower and Bank of America, N.A. or any other financial institution relating to the cash collateralization of the Cash Collateralized Letters of Credit.

Cash Collateral Agreement means the Cash Collateral Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, between the Borrower and the Collateral Agent, for the benefit of the Lenders, substantially in the form of Exhibit C.
