Cash Conversion Number definition

Cash Conversion Number has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(a)(i).
Cash Conversion Number shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(a).
Cash Conversion Number shall be equal to the product of (i) the number of shares of Company Common Stock outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time and (ii) 0.4.
