Cash Escrow definition

Cash Escrow means an agreement by two parties to place money into the custody of a third party for delivery to a grantee only after the fulfillment of the conditions specified.

Cash Escrow means the applicant shall file a fully executed Escrow Agreement and post required cash escrow funds with the City for each and every application based on an estimate by the city as stated in the current adopted fee schedule.
