Cash Premium definition

Cash Premium means the payment made pursuant to Article 7.5(B) by a Non-Consenting Party to reinstate its rights to participate in an Exclusive Operation.
Cash Premium means the payment made pursuant to Article 10.5 by a Non-Consenting Party to reinstate its rights to participate in an Exclusive Risk Operation.

Cash Premium means Nine Percent (9%) of the Deposit Liabilities as of the Effective Date.
