Cash Reserve Account definition

Cash Reserve Account means an Eligible Deposit Account established in the name of the Trust and designated as the Cash Reserve Account for the purposes hereof, the balance of which shall be subject to the control of the Trust for the benefit of the Trust and the Seller and applied in accordance with the terms hereof, which account shall bear interest and shall initially be account number [*], maintained at [*];

Cash Reserve Account has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 2.06.

Cash Reserve Account means the Deposit Account (as defined in the Uniform Commercial Code) in the name of the Trustee maintained at U.S. Bank, National Association, in the United States of America with account number 276831004.

Examples of Cash Reserve Account in a sentence

• The Cash Reserve Account shall be used to hold the Cash Reserve and for such other purposes described in the Transaction Documents.

Cash Reserve Account means the Euro denominated account established in the name of the Issuer with the Account Bank with IBAN: IT 52 G 03479 01600 000802243501, as redesignated or renumbered from time to time or such other substitute account as may be opened in accordance with the Cash Allocation, Management and Payments Agreement.
