Cash Shortfall definition

Cash Shortfall means (a) NIS 695,000,000 minus (b) the Available Cash; provided that if the Cash Shortfall is a negative number, for the purposes of this Agreement the Cash Shortfall shall be deemed to equal zero (0).
Cash Shortfall has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b).

  • The Company, acting through the Manager shall have the right at any time and from time to time to repay any Cash Shortfall Loan and replace it with a loan from a third party.
