Cash Sweep Amount definition

Cash Sweep Amount means, in the first five fiscal years from the date of approval of the Reorganization Plan, provided that the Minimum Cash Requirement is reached, an amount equal to 70% of the Net Proceeds of any Asset Sale over US$200.0 million received by Oi or its Subsidiaries during such financial year. For any financial year commencing after the sixth anniversary of the date of the Reorganization Plan Confirmation, “Cash Sweep Amount” means an amount equal to 70% of the Cash Balance that exceeds the Minimum Cash Requirement.
Cash Sweep Amount means the amount of amortisations received by the Issuer on the Promissory Notes during the period following the First Issue Date or the last Amortisation Date (as applicable) to and including the relevant Amortisation Date.
Cash Sweep Amount means, with respect to any Cash Sweep Financing, twenty five percent (25.0%) of the gross proceeds from any such financing; provided, however, that in no event shall the aggregate amount of the gross proceeds of any Cash Sweep Financing that the Company is required to redeem in respect of this Note and all Other Notes exceed twenty five percent (25.0%) of the gross proceeds of such Cash Sweep Financing.

  • Upon a Mandatory Cash Sweep Event or Divestment Event (as applicable), the Issuer shall make a partial prepayment at the Prepayment Amount by way of reducing the Nominal Amount of each Bond pro rata with the Mandatory Cash Sweep Amount or Divestment Event Amount (as applicable) (a “Mandatory Partial Prepayment”).

Cash Sweep Amount means, with respect to any Cash Sweep Financing, fifteen percent (15.0%) of the gross proceeds from such financing; provided, however, that in no event shall the aggregate amount of the gross proceeds of any Cash Sweep Financing that the Company is required to redeem in respect of this Note and all Other Notes exceed fifteen percent (15.0%) of the gross proceeds of such Cash Sweep Financing.
