Cashflow Certificate definition

Cashflow Certificate means a written certificate signed by an Authorized Representative of the Department stating that the action described in the Letter of Instructions to which such certificate pertains is consistent with the assumptions used in the Cashflow Statement most recently filed with the Trustee.
Cashflow Certificate means a certificate from the Issuer showing the amount of Excess Cash on a Quarter Date.

  • Pursuant to subsection 1 of Section 512 of the Indenture, the Trustee shall transfer all amounts from the 2019A Residual Revenues Account to the 2019A Special Redemption Account to redeem Series 2019A Bonds in accordance with Section 2.7.3, unless otherwise directed by a Letter of Instructions accompanied by a Cashflow Certificate.

  • In the event of a redemption pursuant to this Section 2.7.3 from excess Revenues, the Trustee shall apply amounts transferred to the 2022A Special Redemption Account from the Residual Revenues Fund in accordance with Section 5.4 to redeem the Series 2022A Bonds Outstanding in the same manner provided in Section 2.7.2, unless otherwise instructed by the Department pursuant to a Letter of Instructions accompanied by a Cashflow Certificate.

  • Class B-5 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B-5 and Exhibit C hereto. Class B-5 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class B-5 Certificate.

  • Class A-6 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-6 and Exhibit C hereto.

  • Class SB Certificate Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class SB Certificate. Class X Certificate: Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class X Certificate.

  • Class A-1A Certificate means any one of the Certificates with a "Class A-1A" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
