CCP Service definition

CCP Service means in respect of a CCP, an over-the-counter derivative clearing service offered by such CCP.
CCP Service means the Consolidated Client Portfolio Service to which the Client is currently subscribed to;
CCP Service means in respect of a CCP, an over-the- counter derivative clearing service offered by such CCP;

  • Any payments to be made by the Clearing Member (in its capacity as FX Hedge Counterparty) to Eurex Clearing AG under an FX Hedging Transaction (following, where applicable, a netting in accordance with Chapter VIII of the Clearing Conditions) shall be made directly to the relevant CLS Central Bank Account through the CLS CCP Service.

  • Any payments to be made by Eurex Clearing AG to the Clearing Member (in its capacity as FX Hedge Counterparty) under an FX Hedging Transaction shall be made directly to the relevant Currency Products Cash Account of the Clearing Member through the CLS CCP Service.

  • It is not relying on any communication (written or oral) of Clearing Member as investment advice or as a recommendation to enter into the Client Transactions or to use any specific Agreed CCP Service.

  • For this purpose the Firm will only be obliged to calculate the Client’s allocation to the extent that it has information on the termination amounts for all clients in relation to the relevant Agreed CCP Service; the Firm will use reasonable efforts to obtain the information or otherwise determine the allocation in accordance with the terms of the clearing agreement with each such client.

  • The FX Hedging Transaction Spread Amount is not payable through the CLS CCP Service.

  • For this purpose the Firm will only be obliged to calculate the Client's allocation to the extent that it has information on the termination amounts for all clients in relation to the relevant Agreed CCP Service; the Firm will use reasonable efforts to obtain the information or otherwise determine the allocation in accordance with the terms of the clearing agreement with each such client.

  • Any payments to be made by Eurex Clearing AG to the FX Hedge Counterparty under an FX Hedging Transaction shall be made directly to the relevant Currency Products Cash Account of the FX Hedge Counterparty through the CLS CCP Service.
