CCPMPNet Optimiser Payment Instruction Value Today means a CCPMPNet Optimiser Payment Instruction to effect a payment for value as of the day of the CHATS Commencement on the Working Day on which the instruction is received by the Clearing House Computer. For the avoidance of doubt and in addition to Rule 6.3.12.1, if the instruction is received between a CHATS Value Date Cut-off and the following CHATS Commencement, it will be deemed to be received on the Working Day of that CHATS Commencement and value today shall be construed accordingly.

  • Settlement Amount has the meaning specified in Section 14.02(a)(iv).

  • Additional Accelerated Purchase Minimum Price Threshold means, with respect to an Additional Accelerated Purchase made pursuant to Section 2(c) hereof, any minimum per share price threshold set forth in the applicable Additional Accelerated Purchase Notice.

  • Cash Payment System means a payment system that generates any transfer of funds through a transaction originated by cash, check, or similar paper instrument. This includes electronic payments to a financial institution or clearing house that subsequently issues cash, check, or similar paper instrument to the designated payee.

  • Settlement Price means the agreed upon price at which to purchase and sell a specified type and quantity of a commodity.
