CDOR Rate definition

CDOR Rate is defined in the definition ofEurocurrency Rate” herein.
CDOR Rate means, the rate per annum, equal to the average of the annual yield rates applicable to Canadian Dollar banker’s acceptances at or about 10:00 a.m. (Toronto, Ontario time) on the first day of such Interest Period (or if such day is not a Business Day, then on the immediately preceding Business Day) as reported on the “CDOR Page” (or any display substituted therefor) of Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service (or such other page or commercially available source displaying Canadian interbank bid rates for Canadian Dollar bankers’ acceptances as may be designated by the Administrative Agent from time to time) for a term equivalent to such Interest Period (or if such Interest Period is not equal to a number of months, for a term equivalent to the number of months closest to such Interest Period).
CDOR Rate means, for any Loans denominated in Canadian Dollars, the CDOR Screen Rate or, if applicable pursuant to the definition ofLIBO Rate”, the applicable Interpolated Rate, or the applicable Reference Bank Rate or such other rate as determined pursuant to the terms of Section 2.14(a), as applicable.

Examples of CDOR Rate in a sentence

  • If the Borrower Representative fails to deliver a timely Interest Election Request with respect to a CDOR Rate Borrowing prior to the end of the Interest Period applicable thereto, then, unless such Borrowing is repaid as provided herein, at the end of such Interest Period such Borrowing shall be converted to a Canadian Prime Rate Borrowing.

  • All computations of interest for Base Rate Loans when the Base Rate is determined by the Prime Rate, all computations of interest for Canadian Base Rate Loans and all computations of interest for CDOR Rate Loans shall be made on the basis of a year of 365 or 366 days, as applicable, and actual days elapsed.

  • At the commencement of each Interest Period for any CDOR Rate Borrowing, such Borrowing shall be in an aggregate that is an integral multiple of Cdn.$1,000,000 and not less than Cdn.$5,000,000.

  • Thereafter, the applicable Borrower may elect to convert such Borrowing to a different Type or to continue such Borrowing and, in the case of a Eurocurrency Revolving Borrowing, a CDOR Rate Revolving Borrowing or a EURIBOR Revolving Borrowing, may elect Interest Periods therefor, all as provided in this Section.

  • Thereafter, the Borrower Representative may elect to convert such Borrowing to a different Type or to continue such Borrowing and, in the case of a Eurodollar Revolving Borrowing or a CDOR Rate Revolving Borrowing, may elect Interest Periods therefor, all as provided in this Section.

CDOR Rate means, on any date, an interest rate per annum equal to the average discount rate applicable to bankers' acceptances denominated in Canadian Dollars with a term of 30 days (for purposes of the definition of "Canadian Base Rate") or with a term equal to the Contract Period of the relevant B/As (for purposes of the definition of "Discount Rate") appearing on the Reuters Screen CDOR Page (or on any successor or substitute page of such Screen, or any successor to or substitute for such Screen, providing rate quotations comparable to those currently provided on such page of such Screen, as determined by the Canadian Administrative Agent from time to time) at approximately 10:00 a.m., Toronto time, on such date (or, if such date is not a Business Day, on the next preceding Business Day).
CDOR Rate means, for the relevant Interest Period, the Canadian deposit offered rate which, in turn means on any day the sum of (a) the annual rate of interest determined with reference to the arithmetic average of the discount rate quotations of all institutions listed in respect of the relevant Interest Period for Canadian Dollar-denominated bankers’ acceptances displayed and identified as such on the “Reuters Screen CDOR Page” as defined in the International Swap Dealer Association, Inc. definitions, as modified and amended from time to time, as of 10:00 a.m., Toronto time, on such day and, if such day is not a Business Day, then on the immediately preceding Business Day (as adjusted by the Disbursement Agent after 10:00 a.m. Toronto time to reflect any error in the posted rate of interest or in the posted average annual rate of interest) plus (b) 0.10% per annum; provided that if such rates are not available on the Reuters Screen CDOR Page on any particular day, then the Canadian deposit offered rate component of such rate on that day shall be calculated as the cost of funds quoted by the Disbursement Agent to raise Canadian dollars for the applicable Interest Period as of 10:00 a.m., Toronto time, on such day for commercial loans or other extensions of credit to businesses of comparable credit risk; or if such day is not a Business Day, then as quoted by the Disbursement Agent on the immediately preceding Business Day.
CDOR Rate has the meaning specified in the definition ofAlternative Currency Term Rate”.
CDOR Rate means, on any day and for any period, an annual rate of interest equal to the average rate applicable to Canadian Dollar bankers’ acceptances for the applicable period appearing on the “Reuters Screen CDOR Page” (as defined in the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. 2000 definitions, as modified and amended from time to time), rounded to the nearest 1/100th of 1% (with .005% being rounded up), at approximately 10:00 a.m., on such day, or if such day is not a Business Day, then on the immediately preceding Business Day, provided that if such rate does not appear on the Reuters Screen CDOR Page on such day as contemplated, then the CDOR Rate on such day shall be calculated as the average of the rates for such period applicable to Canadian Dollar bankers’ acceptances quoted by the banks listed in Schedule I of the Bank Act (Canada) as of 10:00 a.m., on such day or, if such day is not a Business Day, then on the immediately preceding Business Day.
CDOR Rate means, with respect to each day during an Interest Period pertaining to a Loan denominated in Canadian Dollars, the interest rate per annum which is the rate based on the average rate applicable to Canadian Dollar bankers’ acceptances, for a term comparable to such Interest Period, appearing on the applicable Bloomberg screen page at approximately 10:00 a.m. (Toronto, Ontario time) on the first day of such Interest Period (or such other day as is generally treated as the rate fixing day by market practice in such interbank market, as reasonably determined by the Administrative Agent), or if such date is not a Business Day, then on the immediately preceding Business Day; provided, that to the extent a comparable or successor rate is approved by the Administrative Agent in connection with any rate set forth in this definition, the approved rate shall be applied in a manner consistent with market practice; provided, further that to the extent such market practice is not administratively feasible for the Administrative Agent, such approved rate shall be applied in a manner as otherwise reasonably determined by the Administrative Agent, in consultation with the Borrower; provided further that, in no event shall the CDOR Rate be less than 0.00%.
