Ceridian definition
Ceridian means Ceridian Corporation, a Delaware corporation f/k/a New Ceridian Corporation, and, except as otherwise provided in Article VIII and Section 9.02 of Article IX,
(a) any Subsidiary (as that term is defined in Section 1.07); and
(b) any successor in interest by way of consolidation, operation of law, merger or otherwise.
Ceridian means Ceridian HCM and all of its respective Affiliates, or any one of them.
