Certificate of Assumption definition

Certificate of Assumption shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
Certificate of Assumption means the certificate required under Section 2.B. to be mailed with the Notice of Assumption and Policy Expiration by the Insurer to the policyholder, with a copy to the agent, to attach to the assumed TWIA policy.
Certificate of Assumption shall have the meaning specified in Subsection 2.2.2 hereof.
