Certificate of Determination definition

Certificate of Determination means the Certificate of Determination or comparable instrument relating to the Designated Preferred Stock, of which these Standard Provisions form a part, as it may be amended from time to time.

Certificate of Determination means the certificate of determination of the Treasurer required by section 502 hereof and otherwise referenced herein.

Certificate of Determination means the Certificate of Determination, a form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 4, of the Designated Officer delivered pursuant to Article 2 of this Resolution, setting forth certain terms and provisions of the Bonds.

Certificate of Determination means a certificate or certificates of an Authorized Representative of the Authority delivered pursuant to Section 204 of this Supplemental Resolution, setting forth certain terms and provisions of the Bonds of a Series, as such certificate(s) may be amended and supplemented.
