Certificate of Final Acceptance definition

Certificate of Final Acceptance means a certificate issued by Purchaser in accordance with Sub-Article 9(E) to Contractor certifying that the System or a System Upgrade is Ready for Final Acceptance.

Certificate of Final Acceptance means the certificate issued by the Municipality after satisfaction of the conditions identified in Section 4.3.

Certificate of Final Acceptance means the Certificate to be issued or deemed issued by the VPD Project Manager in accordance with the Contract Documents when the Services have successfully passed the final Acceptance Test in accordance with Schedule I [Acceptance Tests].

• The Municipality will grant a Certificate of Preliminary Acceptance or a Certificate of Final Acceptance for the Works based upon three (3) stages of construction as set out in this Section 4.1 (the “Stages”).
