Certificate of Quality definition

Certificate of Quality means the document issued by the Seller in respect of the Goods confirming the quality of the Goods in accordance with the Contract.
Certificate of Quality or “Quality Certificate” means the formal document recording the Seller’s laboratory determination of quality and BTU content of a particular sample which represents a specific Delivery, said laboratory determinations having been performed in accordance with the test methods specified herein.
Certificate of Quality means the formal document recording Seller’s laboratory determinations of the quality and Btu content of a particular sample of Biodiesel which represents a specific Delivery, said laboratory determinations having been performed in accordance with the standard test methods described in this Contract as provided in Section 9.2(a) below.

More Definitions of Certificate of Quality

Certificate of Quality means the formal document recording the Chevron’s laboratory determination of quality and BTU content of a particular sample which represents a specific delivery, said laboratory determinations having been performed in accordance with the test methods described herein.
Certificate of Quality means a certificate evidencing the product characteristics of the Fuels issued on behalf of or by the Refinery or the Physical Supplier.

Certificate of Quality or “COQ” means a certificate issued by manufacturing refinery in respect of the quality and specifications of the Product supplied under this Agreement. In this Agreement:
