Certification Date definition

Certification Date means the later of the date on which an order granting certification or authorization of a Proceeding against one or more Non-Settling Defendants is issued by a Court and the time to appeal such certification or authorization has expired without any appeal being taken, or if an appeal is taken the date of the final disposition of such appeal.
Certification Date means with respect to Securities of any series (i), if Bearer Securities of such series are not to be initially represented by a temporary global Security, the date of delivery of the definitive Bearer Security and (ii), if Bearer Securities of such series are initially represented by a temporary global Security, the earlier of (A) the Exchange Date with respect to Securities of such series and (B), if the first Interest Payment Date with respect to Securities of such series is prior to such Exchange Date, such Interest Payment Date.
Certification Date means the date that the Committee makes its written certification of a Final Award.

Examples of Certification Date in a sentence

  • Any portion of this Award that is not eligible to vest based on the Committee’s certification for the applicable Performance Period will terminate on the Certification Date of the respective Performance Period.
