Certified Water Quality Management Plan definition

Certified Water Quality Management Plan means a plan prepared by a single representative organization designated by the Governor according to Section 208 of the Clean Water Act, 33 U.S.C. 1288. means a plan prepared by a designated Water Qual- ity Management Planning Agency under Section 208 of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (P.L. 92-500) as amended by the Water Quality Act of 1987 (P.L. 100-4), certified by the Governor or the Governor’s designee, and approved by the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
