Cessation of trade definition

Cessation of trade means the cessation of trade in the security the subject of the instruction or the general cessation of trade on the stock exchange on which such security was traded, for any reason.
Cessation of trade means ceasing to trade due to Liquidation, Receivership, Administration or the winding up of the business due to Bankruptcy, state retirement or death of the principal(s).
