CFC Debt definition

CFC Debt means intercompany loans, Indebtedness or receivables owed or treated as owed by one or more Foreign Subsidiaries.
CFC Debt means, with respect to any Person, any Indebtedness or accounts receivable that is owed, or treated as owed for United States federal income tax purposes, by any CFC to such Person.

  • Moneys in the CFC Supplemental Reserve Account shall be paid by the Authority to the CFC Debt Service Fund, prior to applying any moneys in the CFC Debt Service Reserve Fund or the CFC Debt Service Coverage Fund, to the extent necessary from time to time to permit the timely payment of the Series 2019 Bonds.
