Change in Control Severance Agreement definition

Change in Control Severance Agreement means that certain Change in Control Severance Agreement by and between the Company and you, effective on or about the date you commenced employment with the Company, as may be amended from time to time with your consent.

Change in Control Severance Agreement means any Executive Severance Agreement relating to termination of employment of Executive after the occurrence of a Change if Control of the Company (defined in such Agreement).

Change in Control Severance Agreement means the Change in Control Severance Agreement, dated December 4, 2018, between the Company and you.

Change in Control Severance Agreement means the Second Amended and Restated Change in Control Severance Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, between the Company and you, as further amended.
