  • A Change in the Interest Rate Mode may only be effected on a day on which the affected Bonds may be redeemed at the option of the Authority.

  • The Authority reserves the right, at the request of the Company, to fix the rate of interest per annum which Bonds will bear, in whole or in part, for the balance of the term thereof or until the effective date of a Change in the Interest Rate Mode; provided however, that the Authority shall not exercise such right and the Company shall not request the Authority to exercise such right except on a day on which the affected Bonds may be redeemed at the option of the Authority.

  • The initial Auction Period for each subseries of the Bonds immediately after any Change in the Interest Rate Mode to an Auction Rate, shall be a period from and including the effective date of such Change in the Interest Rate Mode to and including the initial Auction Date which shall be determined by the Authority, with notice to the Trustee, on or prior to the effective date of the Change in the Interest Rate Mode.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Section 3.04, the determination of the initial Auction Period shall take effect on the effective date of such Change in the Interest Rate Mode to an Auction Rate.

  • The Company shall provide the Trustee with the forms of any notices required to be sent to holders of Bonds in connection with any redemption of Bonds, a change in the Auction Period, the Interest Period or Change in the Interest Rate Mode pursuant to Articles III, IV and V of the Indenture or the establishment of a Fixed Rate on the Bonds pursuant to Section 4.02 of the Indenture.

  • The Corporation agrees not to request that the interest rate mode applicable to the Bonds be adjusted to an Adjustable Rate or a Fixed Rate unless on the effective date of the applicable Change in the Interest Rate Mode the Bonds shall be rated at least "A" by S&P or "A" by Xxxxx'x or an equivalent rating by any nationally recognized rating agency.

Change in the Interest Rate Mode means any change in the metho d of det ermining the interest rate borne by Series 2003-B Warrants pursuant to Section 4.1 or 4.2.

  • Reference Interest Rate Transition Event means the occurrence of one or more of the following events with respect to the then-current Reference Interest Rate:

  • Interest Rate Period means that period of time for which the interest rate with respect to the Bonds has been determined by the Remarketing Agent or otherwise as provided in the definition of the applicable Interest Rate Mode, commencing on the applicable Interest Rate Adjustment Date, and terminating on the day immediately preceding the following Interest Rate Adjustment Date, if any.

  • Interest Rate Adjustment Event means the occurrence of any of the following:

  • Interest Rate Determination Date means, with respect to any Interest Period, the date that is two Business Days prior to the first day of such Interest Period.

  • Interest Rate Adjustment Date With respect to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the date, specified in the related Mortgage Note and the related Mortgage Loan Schedule, on which the Mortgage Interest Rate is adjusted.

  • Reference Interest Rate Replacement Adjustment means the first alternative set forth in the order below that can be determined by the Issuer or its designee as of the Reference Interest Rate Replacement Date:

  • Reference Interest Rate Replacement Date means the earliest to occur of the following events with respect to the then-current Reference Interest Rate

  • Subsequent Fixed Rate Period means for the initial Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the period commencing on April 1, 2022 and ending on and including March 31, 2027 and for each succeeding Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the period commencing on the day immediately following the end of the immediately preceding Subsequent Fixed Rate Period and ending on and including March 31 in the fifth year thereafter.

  • Initial Fixed Rate Period means the period commencing on the Issue Date and ending on and including June 30, 2020.

  • Interest Rate Option means any LIBOR Rate Option or Base Rate Option.

  • Variable Interest Rate means any interest rate that does not qualify as a fixed credit interest rate;
