Change Notice definition

Change Notice means notice of a change to a Variable Provision given by the Distributor to the Retailer under clause 24.3;
Change Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(a)(ii).
Change Notice is defined in Section 4.01 of this Agreement.

Examples of Change Notice in a sentence

  • Purchaser shall provide a Change Response to Supplier within [***] Business Days of receipt of such Change Notice.

  • If Supplier reasonably believes that implementation of a proposed Manufacturing Change may be required by a Regulatory Authority on a shorter time period than the time periods set out in this Clause 2.3.2, then Supplier shall include such timelines in the applicable Change Notice.
