Change of placement definition

Change of placement means a proposed change to the IEP which substantially or materially affects the composition of the educational program and services provided to the student. A simple change in the location of a building or facility is not, generally, viewed to be a change in placement where there are no significant changes in the educational program.
Change of placement means a Suspension or Removal from a scholar’s current education placement that is more than 10 school days.

Examples of Change of placement in a sentence

  • Change of placement includes removal for more than 10 consecutive days or a series of removals in excess of 10 days that constitute a pattern.

  • DUE DATE OF PLACEMENT means the date stipulated in the contract for placement of the vehicle(s).

  • Subsequent Placement means the sale, grant of any option to purchase, or other disposition of by the Company, directly or indirectly, of any of the Company’s or its Subsidiaries’ equity or equity equivalent securities, including, without limitation, any Convertible Securities, Options, preferred stock or other instrument or security that is, at any time during its life and under any circumstances, convertible into or exchangeable or exercisable for Common Stock or Convertible Securities or Options.

  • Change of Management means that Xxxxx Xxxx’x direct or indirect management responsibilities of Lead Borrower are materially diminished from those held by him as of the Closing Date, in each case, other than as a result of (a) death or (b) physical or mental incapacity.

  • Private Placement (or “limited offering”) means an offering that is exempt from registration under the 1933 Act pursuant to Section 4(2) or Section 4(6) of the 1933 Act or pursuant to rule 504, rule 505 or rule 506 under the 1933 Act.

  • TERMINATION OF THE INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING means the earlier of (i) the date on which the Initial Public Offering expires or is terminated by the Company or (ii) the date on which all shares of stock offered in the Initial Public Offering are sold, excluding warrants, if any, offered thereunder and shares that may be acquired upon exercise of such warrants and shares offered thereunder that may be acquired pursuant to the Reinvestment Plan.
