Change Proposal definition

Change Proposal means a proposal for a Change Order submitted by the Design/Builder to the Owner, either at the request of the Owner, or at the Design/Builder's own initiative.

Examples of Change Proposal in a sentence

  • As soon as practicable, and in any event within fifteen (15) Business Days (or such other period as the Parties may agree) after having received the Authority Notice of Change, the Contractor shall deliver to the Authority a Contractor Change Proposal.

  • If the Authority rejects the Change Proposal it shall not be obliged to give its reasons for such rejection.
