Change Protocol definition

Change Protocol means the procedure for agreeing and implementing Changes as set out in Schedule 7 (Change Protocol); Charges means the payment calculated in accordance with Schedule 6 (Charges); Commercially Sensitive Information means [the sub-set of Confidential Information listed in column 1 of Part 1 (Commercially Sensitive Contractual Provisions) and column 1 of Part 2 (Commercially Sensitive Material) of Schedule 15 (Commercially Sensitive Information) in each case for the period specified in column 2 of Parts 1 and 2 of Schedule 15; Compact means the agreement between the Government and civil society organisations which can be found at: ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇/▇▇▇%▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇;
Change Protocol means that procedure set out in Schedule 25 (Change Protocol) Code of Practice has the meaning given to it in clause 55.10.8 (Freedom of Information)

Examples of Change Protocol in a sentence

  • The provisions of Schedule Part 16 (Change Protocol) shall have effect in respect of Changes except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement.

  • Any proposed changes to the Business Continuity Plan shall be subject to the Change Protocol, provided that any amendments to the Business Continuity Plan may only be made if the revised Business Continuity Plan shall provide at least the same level of business continuity as the then current Business Continuity Plan or are a necessary consequence of another agreed Change.

  • Change Protocol The provisions of Schedule 24 (Change Protocol) shall have effect in respect of Changes except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement.

  • From the Commencement Date the Catalogue shall be that set out in Part 1 of Appendix 1 to this Schedule Part 16 (Change Protocol) and the Small Works and Services Rates shall be those set out in Part 2 of Appendix 1 to this Schedule Part 16 (Change Protocol).

  • The parties shall follow the Change Protocol set out in Schedule 7 (Change Protocol).
