Channels of Distribution definition

Channels of Distribution means only those channels of distribution identified in Schedule A.

Channels of Distribution means only those channels, which are listed and mutually agreed on Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein. Exhibit B may only be modified, supplemented, and/or amended by written agreement of the Parties as provided herein.

Channels of Distribution. Licensee may conduct the Licensed Promotion and shall sell and distribute the Licensed Products and/or the Licensed Premiums through the following Channels of Distribution only (as such channels are defined and numbered in Exhibit 1 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference): CHANNEL EXHIBIT 1 NUMBER [*] All other Channels of Distribution defined in Exhibit 1 which are not specified above in this Paragraph l(a) are specifically excluded from this Agreement. More Definitions of Channels of Distribution

Channels of Distribution. Licensee may sell the Licensed Products only through the following channels of distribution: mid-tier, furniture stores and specialty catalogs (direct mail to consumer).

Channels of Distribution means distribution through employees of Limelight Media Group within the Territory in which Limelight Media Group may offer Licensed Products for sale or rental.

Channels of Distribution means distribution through physicians’ offices and medical spas where a physician is on-site and responsible for administering of the Products; but, it excludes all other channels of distribution including non-physician owned medical spas (including salons), resort spas, mass merchants, warehouse clubs, traditional food and drug stores, web sites and e-tailers (e.g., drugstore.com, etc.). The Products and Related Products sold to Distributor under this Agreement may be resold over the internet through Distributor's website for the sole purpose of fulfilling orders of existing Customers. No other internet sales are authorized by this Agreement. Distributor agrees to establish and maintain appropriate measures to ensure that the Products and Related Products are only distributed within the Territory and sold pursuant to the terms of this Agreement."

Channels of Distribution means distribution through physicians' offices and medical spas where a physician is on-site and responsible for administering of the Products; but, it excludes all other channels of distribution .including resort spas, mass merchants, warehouse clubs, traditional food and drug stores, web sites and e-tailers (e.g., xxxxxxxxx.xxx, etc.). The Products and Related Products sold to Distributor under this Agreement may be resold over the internet through Distributor’s website for the sole purpose of fulfilling orders of existing Customers. No other internet sales are authorized by this Agreement. Distributor agrees to establish and maintain appropriate measures to ensure that the Products and Related Products are Distribution Agreement ZO Medical—Int’l Form v. 4.0 - Cutera final-2 only distributed within the Territory and sold pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

Channels of Distribution means all commercial channels of distribution, including without limitation, retail, direct response and direct mail.

Channels of Distribution. “Channels of Distribution” consist of the following Authorized Retailers, as hereinafter defined. Authorized Retailers shall mean those high-quality department stores, specialty retail stores and fragrance/cosmetic specialty retail stores in the Territory, which, based upon their locations, merchandising and overall operations are consistent with the high quality of the Licensed Products and the reputation, image and prestige of the Licensed Marks. Such high-quality retail stores shall include, but not be limited to, those that sell any one (1) of the three (3) following brands: Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxx and Burberry. In addition, Channels of Distribution shall also include international duty free stores, prestige fragrance perfumeries, U.S. Military Bases, or other regular priced stores where xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx are sold. Channels of Distribution shall also include distributors that sell to Authorized Retailers.
