Charged Expenditure definition

Charged Expenditure means such items of expenditure as are enumerated in the Act , and are not subject to vote of the Tehsil Council;
Charged Expenditure. - means such expenditure as is not to be submitted to the vote of the Legislature under the provisions of the Constitution.
Charged Expenditure or ‘Charged Appropriation’ - means such expenditure as is not to be submitted for the vote of the State Legislative Assembly under the provisions of the Constitution.

Charged Expenditure. - means expenditure chargeable upon the Consolidated Fund of the State and provided for in the Appropriation Act without obtaining a vote of the Assembly.
