Charged Securities definition

Charged Securities means such Securities as
Charged Securities means all Securities, receivables or monies in the Account from time to time and all other monies and Securities of the Client which are now or shall in the future come into the possession, custody or control of GFSHK or, where appropriate, into the possession, custody or control of any nominee or subsidiary or associated company of GFSHK, from time to time and for any purpose whatsoever, and shall include any additional or substituted Securities, and all dividends or interest paid or payable, rights, interests, monies or property accruing or offered at any time byway of redemption, bonus, preference, option or otherwise on or in respect of such Securities or additional or substituted Securities;
Charged Securities means such Securities and Unit Trusts of the Customer charged to the Bank as continuing security for the Credit Facilities and for performance of all obligations of the Customer to the Bank from time to time hereunder, as more particularly described in Clause 9.3 of the General Terms and Conditions;

  • Charged Securities will not (unless we agree otherwise) be registered in your name.

  • We may, in our discretion, permit you to deliver by way of Margin, Charged Securities other than those accepted by the relevant Exchange or Clearing House as Margin.

  • You may direct us as to the exercise of any voting or other rights attached to or conferred on any Charged Securities.

  • Each Approved Custodian will hold to our order all Charged Securities held by it for its account.

  • If Charged Securities are denominated in a different currency from that in which any relevant cost, damages, loss, liability or expense is denominated, we may convert any amount realised at such rate as we determine at the time.
