Charged Securities definition

Charged Securities means such Securities as
Charged Securities means all Securities, receivables, monies or property in the Account from time to time and all other monies, property and Securities of the Client which are now or shall in the future come into the possession, custody or control of the Company or any of its nominee or Affiliate or associated company for any purpose whatsoever, and shall include any additional or substituted Securities, and all dividends, distributions or interest paid or payable, rights, interests, monies, entitlements, other payments or property accruing or offered at any time by way of redemption, bonus, preference, option or otherwise on or in respect of such Securities or additional or substituted Securities;
Charged Securities means such Securities and Unit Trusts of the Customer charged to the Bank as continuing security for the Credit Facilities and for performance of all obligations of the Customer to the Bank from time to time hereunder, as more particularly described in Clause 9.3 of the General Terms and Conditions;

Examples of Charged Securities in a sentence

  • The Chargor shall, in particular, execute all transfers and assurances of all or any part of the Charged Securities whether to the Chargee or to its nominees or purchasers and give all notices, orders and directions which the Chargee may think expedient.

  • The purchaser or other person will take the Charged Securities or rights free of any right of the Chargor or any person claiming under it and the Chargor hereby undertakes to fully indemnify the Chargee and keep the Chargee fully indemnified against any claim which may be made against the Chargee by such purchaser or such other person by reason of any defect in its title to the Charged Securities or other rights.

Charged Securities means such securities of the Customer charged to the Bank as continuing security for the Margin Lending Facility and for performance of all obligations of the Customer to the Bank from time to time under Part VI;

Charged Securities means any shares, stocks, debentures, loan stocks, money, bonds, or notes or other similar instruments of any kind whatsoever or any rights, title or interest arising from it, which is pledged to Evergrande Securities (Hong Kong).
