Charging Arrangements definition

Charging Arrangements means a document setting out the charges, Income Offsets and Asset Payments, and/or the methodologies for calculating those, applied by the water or sewerage undertaker in accordance with these rules.
Charging Arrangements means Thames’s document in force at the date of this Agreement setting out the charges, income offsets, asset payments and / or the methodologies for calculating those, applied by Thames in accordance with the Charging Rules.

  • Hedging Contracts means all Interest Rate Contracts, foreign exchange contracts, currency swap or option agreements, forward contracts, commodity swap, purchase or option agreements, other commodity price hedging arrangements, and all other similar agreements or arrangements designed to alter the risks of any Person arising from fluctuations in interest rates, currency values or commodity prices.

  • Rate Contracts means swap agreements (as such term is defined in Section 101 of the Bankruptcy Code) and any other agreements or arrangements designed to provide protection against fluctuations in interest or currency exchange rates.
