At all times, CMO shall provide data requested by the School Board to allow the School Board to determine whether CMO has complied with Applicable Law and the Charter Agreement.
CMO shall provide the services described on the attached Schedule I to School (“Services”) subject to the direction, oversight, governance, statutory obligations, policies and legal authority of the School Board, and the requirements of the Charter Agreement, any funding agreements entered into by the School, and Applicable Law.
The dissolution of the School shall be governed solely by the terms of the Charter Agreement and Applicable Law.

In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the Charter Agreement, the Charter Agreement shall control.
