Charter Agreements definition

Charter Agreements means each of the time-charterparty agreements entered into by the Company listed in Schedule 3 (Charter Agreements) as the same may have been or may be amended from time to time.
Charter Agreements include the following agreements:
Charter Agreements means (a) the Original Charter, (b) the Novated Charter and (c) this Agreement.

  • To the knowledge of the Partnership Parties, the charter parties to the Charter Agreements possess, or reasonably expect to possess in the ordinary course of business as necessary, the Governmental Licenses that are the responsibility of the charter parties to obtain pursuant to the terms of the Charter Agreements.

More Definitions of Charter Agreements

Charter Agreements means any charter of the Vessel consented to by Lender in accordance with this Agreement.
Charter Agreements means, individually or collectively, as the context may require, the Bossa Nova Charter Agreement and the Sertanejo Charter Agreement.
Charter Agreements means the Mariner Time Charter, the Navigator Time Charter and the Voyager Time Charter.
