Charter Agreements definition

Charter Agreements means each of the time-charterparty agreements entered into by the Company listed in Schedule 3 (Charter Agreements) as the same may have been or may be amended from time to time.

Charter Agreements include the following agreements:

Charter Agreements means (a) the Original Charter, (b) the Novated Charter and (c) this Agreement.

Examples of Charter Agreements in a sentence

• To the knowledge of the Partnership Parties, the charter parties to the Charter Agreements possess, or reasonably expect to possess in the ordinary course of business as necessary, the Governmental Licenses that are the responsibility of the charter parties to obtain pursuant to the terms of the Charter Agreements.

• To the knowledge of the Partnership Parties, the parties to the Charter Agreements possess, or reasonably expect to possess in the ordinary course as necessary, the Environmental Permits that are the responsibility of the charter parties to obtain pursuant to the terms of the Charter Agreements.

• The Owner will not permit the Vessel to be engaged on any time charterparties or sub-time charterparties other than the Charter Agreements, unless otherwise approved by the Collateral Agent under the Collateral Agreement or the Administrative Agent under the Credit Agreement, or would not reasonably be expected to have a materially adverse effect on the rights of the Guaranteed Parties.

More Definitions of Charter Agreements

Charter Agreements means any charter of the Vessel consented to by Lender in accordance with this Agreement.

Charter Agreements means, individually or collectively, as the context may require, the Bossa Nova Charter Agreement and the Sertanejo Charter Agreement.
