Charter Period definition

Charter Period means such part of the period of the Charter as falls within the Security Period or, in the event of expiration or determination of the period of the Charter prior to the expiration of the Security Period, the period down to the expiration or determination of the period of the Charter;
Charter Period means the Basic Period plus the Renewal Period, if any, subject to extension in the circumstances provided in Clause 33 of the Charter.
Charter Period means the Term plus a period of time, if any, reasonably required to effect Redelivery (including the time necessary to remove any Severable Modifications to which a Charterer has title pursuant to Article 6(c)(i)); provided, however, that the Charter Period shall not exceed the Term by more than fifteen (15) days, absent force majeure.

  • The Charterers shall ensure that all spare parts listed in the inventory and used during the Charter Period are replaced at their expense prior to redelivery of the Vessel.

  • The Charterers shall from time to time during the Charter Period replace such items of equipment as shall be so damaged or worn as to be unfit for use.

More Definitions of Charter Period

Charter Period means the period during which the ship is chartered on bareboat charter terms;
