Each Loan Party waives demand, protest, notice of protest and notice of default or dishonor, notice of payment and nonpayment, release, compromise, settlement, extension or renewal of any commercial paper, Instrument, Account, General Intangible, Document, Chattel Paper, Investment Property or guaranty at any time held by Agent on which such Loan Party is or may in any way be liable, and notice of any action taken by Agent, unless expressly required by this Agreement, and notice of acceptance hereof.
Each Loan Party shall promptly notify Agent of all disputes or claims relating to its Accounts and Chattel Paper (to extent included in the Borrowing Base) having a value greater than $200,000.
