CHESS Holding means the holding of securities on CHESS;
CHESS Holding means a Holding of Financial Products on the CHESS Subregister.

Effective means, with respect to the Scheme, the coming into effect, pursuant to section 411(10) of the Corporations Act, of the order of the Court made under section 411(4)(b) of the Corporations Act in relation to this Scheme. Effective Date, with respect to the Scheme, means the date on which this Scheme becomes Effective. End Date means the date that is 12 months after the date of this deed, or such other date agreed in writing by the parties.
