Invesco’s Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer (the “Financial Officers”) are required to take all reasonable steps to provide full, fair, accurate, timely and understandable disclosures in the reports and documents that Invesco files with or submits to the SEC and other regulatory bodies and in other public communications made by Invesco.
