Any dispute arising under or resulting from this Contract that is not resolved within 60 days of time by authorized representatives of Contractor and CSU shall be brought to the attention of Contractor’s Chief Executive Officer (or designee) and CSU’s Chief Business Officer (or designee) for resolution.
