Chief Returning Officer definition
Chief Returning Officer means as the context requires:
Chief Returning Officer means a neutral individual, appointed by the Board of Directors, who is responsible for the conduct of Student Union elections and referenda;
Chief Returning Officer means an Officer of Council, responsible for the execution of all SGPS elections and referenda.
